Job Responsibilities:
- Need to Assist the senior dentist in clinical procedures, including examinations, extractions, fillings, root canals, and surgeries.
- Need to Prepare dental instruments, sterilize equipment and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Arrange for taking and develop dental X-rays and maintain patient records.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Manage appointments, maintain patient records, and assist with dental charting.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols as per dental regulations.
- Provide chairside assistance during procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Handle patient queries and concerns with a professional and empathetic approach.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patients with care and empathy.
- Familiarity with dental software and patient management systems is a plus.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in a dental clinic or hospital setting (preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new dental technologies.
